Cancellation and Other Policies:

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the registrar in writing by email to register@fmi.org. Full refund of the registration fee will be made for any cancellation received in writing by Friday, February 9, 2024.

FMI cannot refund the registration fee for any cancellations received after Friday, February 9, 2024, however attendee substitutions are allowed at anytime prior to the official conference badge being distributed.
