Please be advised that your SQF Unites registration fee is non-refundable after February 20, 2026. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee (plus a 3% surcharge if paid by credit card), is granted when a cancellation is received by February 20, 2026. Because of the firm commitments of conference arrangements, FMI cannot refund the registration fee for any registrations or cancellations received after February 20, 2026. We will only accept substitutions after the cancellation deadline.
